Our missions

• Protect- Bring a professional adapted advice to any request.
  - Study the operational, commercial and financial feasibility of the call.
  - Represent and preserve the interests of our clients, whether owner or charterer, of the vessel and its cargo.
  - Anticipate and manage problems adequately and quickly.
• Communicate- Inform the ship’s command of nautical restrictions and local regulatory and operational requirements.
  - Check and transmit all the declarations and documents required by the local regulations in terms of customs, migrants as well as maritime and port rules (Solas, Marpol, ISPS).
  - Ensure real-time, constant and effective communication with all parties involved.
  - Establish a call report by providing an objective statement of facts reporting all incidents that may have occurred, or weather-related shutdowns, strikes, etc.
• Control- Follow up the loading or unloading operations to optimize the call and respect the deadlines.
  - Check, collect and ensure the payment of disbursements.
• Assist- Liaise with the port authorities and port services to make sure a berth and all port services will be available on arrival of the vessel (pilotage, towing and mooring)
  - Offer relevant and innovative solutions to any problem.
  - Deal with crew-related needs such as provisions, cash delivery, medical check-ups, crew change, etc., and arrange accommodation, food and transportation whenever requested by the crew.
  - Organize logistics and services, including bunkering, repairs and maintenance needed to ensure smooth operations of the vessel during the call.
